Deliveries and Returns


We ship to Switzerland and France and we offer free shipping for all orders over CHF 75 or € 75. Your order will be carefully packed and delivered to your shipping address.

We will be opening delivery across Europe and the UK shortly. Packages are sent by standard post by Swiss Post.

Shipping Time

The normal processing time for orders is 48 hours during business days (Monday to Friday). After your order has been shipped, delivery time within Switzerland and France is 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.

At present we are only able to ship in Switzerland and France.

L’Élixir Cosmétiques  is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the European Union.

You may be required to pay further charges and taxes based on the delivery country's applicable laws and regulation for any shipping countties other than Switzerland. In this case, L’Élixir Cosmétiques is not responsible for any further charges upon delivery.


How can I change my order? 

Please contact as soon as possible after placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request however there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed.

I put the wrong address on my order. What should I do?  

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, L’Élixir Cosmétiques will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

I'm having problems with the tracking. What should I do? 

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via   

How can I check the status of my order? 

You will receive your tracking number in your order confirmation email and you can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated after your order is processed and shipped.

My package is stuck and tracking shows no movement. What should I do? 

For domestic orders, the package can only be considered lost if there has been no movement for 10 business days from the day it was shipped. Please send an email to if your shipment shows no movement from the carrier's tracking information. 

What if my product didn’t arrive? 

First of all, please check the tracking status of your order.  If your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please be aware there is nothing we can do about it. However, you can check with your neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them accidentally or contact your local post office for help locating the package.  If your order has been lost, please email us at and let us get back to you in 48h with a best possible solution for you. 


How can I cancel an order? 

Please contact as soon as possible after placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request however there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed. 

I canceled my order, but I’m not sure it went through. Can you confirm it has been canceled? 

If your order has been canceled successfully, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. Please contact if you haven’t received the cancellation confirmation email. 

I have not received an order confirmation email. What should I do?  

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at with your inquiry.   

I refused my order, where is my refund? 

Refused delivery is charged CHF 10 or € 10 EUR to cover the restocking fee and outbound shipping will not be refunded. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to appear once we processed the return.  

NOTE: Refused or unclaimed international orders will not be refunded.
